Below is a list of what is included (but not limited to) with any of our coaching plans. Sport specific pricing can be found at the bottom of the page. 

Training Schedule - A fully customized programming specific to your individual needs.  Daily workouts will be provided with the specific purpose of developing toward long term goals.  This plan requires access to Todays Plan software, which will be used to provide your workouts. This same software will be used for daily logging of athlete feedback which is critical for the coach-athlete relationship. This ensures continuous support and access to your coach throughout the season.

Email/Phone Contact - There is never any limit on communication and no long term contracts or start up fees.  The athlete and coach should have clear communication and a course of long term direction that is mutually beneficial.

Data Review/Testing - Daily analysis of training sessions along with threshold testing upon startup as well as every three months to monitor progress and ensure accurate heart rate training zones. Specific targeting of physiological limiters, and monitoring of progress throughout the season. 

Nutrition Program - Can be provided on an as needed basis initiated by the athlete. 

Race Schedule Planning - Set up of annual training plan that considers your goal races and other personal priorities to optimize success.

Race Day Logistical Planning -  Detailed race fueling analysis and written plan including specific pacing plans for all of your races including wattage/pace recommendations on the swim, bike, and run.  Provided for all races. Race day planning, including, but not limited to:  pre-race warm up, race tactics, individualized race day nutrition & hydration strategy. Detailed race execution analysis, including analysis of power, pace, and heart rate files.

Private Training/Testing Sessions - Can be provided on an as needed basis by the athlete. These sessions are an additional fee of $50 per hour. 

Triathlon 

Pricing: $300 per month

It is not required that an athlete commit to several months at a time.
